Pros

Easy way to get relocated to the valley, locals already know all to well this place is toxic and don't even consider this place. Bonus projections appear encouraging until it becomes clear that it is a joke, the division is not profitable and won't be any time soon. Job title ranges like Principal can be alluring, but you will be taking a step back since you'll be working with broken processes and neglected tools. HQ offers services to support eCommerce business, but they are slow, confrontational upon engagement and communication goes into a black hole.

Cons

Bait and switch tactics. Very dishonest and truth suppressing. Under staffed and under funded. Not possible to be your best work. If you don't say what people want to hear, treatment becomes indignant. Quality of coworkers is questionable with secret inter relationships at play. Employee surveys indicate results in the very low end of the industry 20 - 30% scores year after year. Brand and culture reputation keeps the best talent elsewhere.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
