Pros
As an unloader the work is pretty steady but the occasional bad days with call ins and huge truck loads, and also easy days of no truck days and helping out in other areas.
Cons
At my job there is a lack of management to actually see the laziness of some of the coworkers. Some who should be pulling more weight but are often found walking around acting like they are doing something when they're just talking and flirting with other co workers.
