Pros

Walmart Distribution Center (this is the warehouse NOT RETAIL) pays very well. You get several raises over the first few years. You may start at $15 an hour and earn up to $20 after 3-4 years. Full time schedules are fixed - you either work weekends (3 days with 4 days off), or weekdays (4 days). Many positions in the warehouse, so you can transfer around and get cross-trained to do something different.

Cons

Some positions have variable end-of-shift. Some days you may work 9 hours, and some days you may work 14 hours, it depends on who shows up to work and other conditions. Management moves around very frequently.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
