Pros
1. good leaders in stores, but it may vary by stores. I was lucky to be assigned to one of the best stores in the market. 2. Friendly environment. Most people are nice and humble here and are willing to share information with you, teach you, or listen to you. 3. Growth opportunities are enormous. I particularly like it having such a wide range of career development choices and opportunities to work abroad
Cons
1. benefits are not great. First year only gets 5 days vacation, although most companies here do so. Vacation days top at 20 days no matter how long you are with the company 2. unless you are in a management position (including zone supervisors), the base salary is kind of poor, especially compared with Costco 3. lastly, you may see weird dressing people in stores, but that can be sort of an entertainment if you think in a positive way 4. don't like the work condition - delivers a message of "poor" image
