Pros
TLE was among the better places to work in the store. Hours were generally consistent, pay was OK. Co-workers were generally professional but not overly uptight.
Cons
Management completely threw the TLE staff "under the bus" in front of customers on multiple occasions. While not only unprofessional, the TLE staff had not done anything wrong. Areas of the store were (and still are) understaffed. Staff morale is very low. Workers do not feel appreciated, and are often given poor hours, or too few hours to make a living.
