Disconnected and burnt out leadership that isn't worth anyone losing their inner peace to deal with. Everyone seemed to be all over the place with no sense of direction and the drama was unreal. I'm looking for a work family that believes in building upon one another and works as a team. Not interested in fake facades and masks to disguise the real person and motive of leadership roles.
