      Discount Made friends Close to home

      Cons

      Thrown under bus by management when customers are mad because management did not want to help and always sat in the office eating McDonald’s especially when we were short staffed. Also, brought to managements attention about a creepy instacart driver trying to follow and try to get an underage employee in their car but management said “what am I suppose to do?”

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
