Pros
The appearance of the offices are incredible, almost everything is new and becasue Wayfair is an E-commerce company that sells home goods so you can imagine the decor is very nice. Also their new building location has great views of Boston. Culture is inviting, Wayfair does a good job of encouraging a space where you can communicate with just about anyone in the company no matter your department. Wayfair has common areas where you can find ping pong tables, pool tables, and more. The people have been great, since Iv'e started working here. Very supportive of taking risk, its like a do first, ask questions later type of environment alot of the time. You will find yourself surrounded by extremely intelligent people, with good sense of humors. All around pretty great place to work.
Cons
if you are a person that doesn't do well in an agile environment, this probably isnt the best place to be. There are changing because of the growth that the company is experiencing but Wayfair does a good job of communicating changes to their employees at least in Engineering recruiting department.
