Pros

Good camaraderie with co workers.

Cons

Weber is owned by 3 dudes who bought it from its namesake back around 2009. They're never really in the office, aren't interested in leadership or management, and are generally only concerned about money. One partner who "oversees marketing" is really just a grown up version of a high school bully who uses fear and intimidation as his primary management tools..which contributes directly to the very high turnover you've seen others mention on this site. It's really a one client firm (Sprint) who contributes the majority of the company revenue...the rest of the business is small, project-based engagements sold by a couple of holdover people who have been at Weber forever and have long term relationships with a couple of other clients. If you get hired it to sell anything here, beware, you won't last long. They turn over "Vice Presidents" at a startling rate for such a tiny company....you'll see 4-5 a year get hired and fired....which is crazy when you consider the first really only has about 20 people. Truly embarrassed to say I worked here.

Pros

Creative freedom, flexible working environment, small project teams give you great exposure to clients and leadership responsibilities, great people to work with.

Cons

Pay is less than the industry standard, pulled in a lot of different directions with multiple projects at once

Pros

Work from home, make good connections.

Cons

I was hired on as part of a bulk hiring of about 10-15 people. This is a very small company so this is a substantial amount. Between 4 months and 1 year later, all of those employees, myself included, are either laid off or fired. None of these seemed overly justified. The only consistent employees here are upper management, so if you’re hired, be prepared to have a backup.
