Pros
Projects are interesting and clients are in varied industries, keeping work feeling mostly fresh. Good feeling of camaraderie between associates.
Cons
Job responsibilities start off as described, but it doesn’t take long for additional responsibilities outside of employees’ areas of expertise to get tacked on. Management tends to take a “work for the sake of work” mindset, is resistant to automation and workplace innovation, and is incredibly overbearing. They seem stuck on industry standards from 20 years ago. There were also zero promotions or raises (that I knew of) the entire time I worked there. It seemed like their staffing plan was set up to go through entry-level employees like they were disposable so they never had to promote anyone or incentivize loyalty to the company.
