Company car and all issues with it were dealt instantly and the incoming management team has genuine vision for the business future

The commission structure is (or was, IDK if they've changed it since my departure) stale. In today's selling environment, a reward through even a small token payment can be a strong motivator. The sales cycle needs to be in the hands of the sales person, not 15 different teams and the weather
