This industry isn't easy but there is a clearly defined path to success. Long hours and hard work but is great for someone with strong drive and ambitions.

They give you the platform to be successful - In the world of commercial real estate brokerage it is hard to find a company that is truly willing to help you become successful. I really like that everyone strives to make the team better. Everyone has moments when they may fall out of step with the principals that guide the company but I have always found that everyone here is human and is working to be the best that they can.

We do not currently have a Frisco office - this is only a con because I drive to the high-rise office building we have in Uptown and traffic is a nightmare.
