Fabulous company. Placed on a prime contract with US government. Since I’m new to federal contracts, the recruiter explained how they structure salaries and benefits in compliance with federal law. Although the numbers at first seemed complicated, the recruiter did a wonderful job explaining everything in plain English. She explained what the government calls a wage determination and health and welfare (basically fringe benefits). I was really impressed. Communicative. Transparent. Responsive. Fantastic. And no, I’m not a corporate employee. I simply believe that it’s important to write good reviews when you see something good in this world. We all need to highlight the good.
