      A steady paycheck is the only pro.

      Cannot trust reviews when ceo asks employees for them and says he will give guidance on what to write. CEO is overbearing and uses profanity.

      Pros

      Fabulous company. Placed on a prime contract with US government. Since I’m new to federal contracts, the recruiter explained how they structure salaries and benefits in compliance with federal law. Although the numbers at first seemed complicated, the recruiter did a wonderful job explaining everything in plain English. She explained what the government calls a wage determination and health and welfare (basically fringe benefits). I was really impressed. Communicative. Transparent. Responsive. Fantastic. And no, I’m not a corporate employee. I simply believe that it’s important to write good reviews when you see something good in this world. We all need to highlight the good.

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Abusive CEO, cursed me out without getting the whole story. Only cares about the dollars, not workers. Refuses to provide an accurate W-2, left off a large amount. Likely did not pay the taxes. Supported by documentation.
