Pros

Pay, if you negotiate during the interview process and start with a higher salary.

Cons

EVERYTHING but the pay (at least for me). Regional management is useless and does nothing but talk on the phone for hours about nothing and never does any actual work (or even know how to use the system). Revolving door of employees.. there's no support and no one stays. The company does not pay their vendors.. NO ONE wants to take your calls to get things done because the company owes them thousands and thousands. What does the company do about it? Tell you to call another vendor so we can use them up before moving to the next. The CEO at the top is either clueless about what's going on in his company or just doesn't care. Maintenance issues not addressed. Residents without working appliances and a backlog of work orders that keep being pushed out. You do not want to be an employee of this company, a vendor for this company or even a resident of one of the company's communities. Very mismanaged and poorly run business.

None, my experience here has only been rewarding.

Pros

Great hourly pay rate. Good insurance but expensive. Ladies in HR department are friendly and get back to you quickly.

Cons

Properties are falling apart. Management (some) are very under qualified to be running communities. Corporate doesn’t pay vendors so very often, turns aren’t completed because vendors don’t show up. Very cliquish. Lack of training at beginning of employment. Property managers make their own schedules so very often the leaders are alone in the office. They don’t like to pay commissions for leases. Very low employee “discount” for apartments. Extremely low. Apartments are never ready for move ins.
