Everyone tested you and would call in You have no power Managers just use you. They won't do their own job bc "you need to learn it" Always on call If something is wrong the manager will blame you to cover their butts They can promote before people are ready just to cover a store so that DM doesn't have to work there . and they don't trust that assistant to cover it for them Your vacation can be cut short bc of employee call ins You have to call a manager to call IT or the DM if something is wrong . you are not allowed to call directly
