Pros
Some of the people who work here are nice, but the environment makes them miserable so don’t expect to have fun. I really can’t think of any pros.
Cons
Domineering management who are taking the company down the pan. Bad location, in the middle of nowhere. Definitely not “Camden” like they claim and Kentish Town is a 15 minute walk. Awful office environment - it’s basically a shed. No heating in winter and boiling in the summer. Plus the windows are painted over so there’s no natural light. Management team think they have all the answers and impose their ideas on the staff. Favouritism is rife - one member of staff in particular gets extra special treatment. No fun socials. Pathetic excuse for a coffee machine - worse than one you’d buy to have in your home but it’s for 40 people so constantly broken. Their excuse is that they don’t have to provide free coffee so we should be grateful. Childish attitudes from the senior team. No respect for people’s job roles and no recognition for successes. If you think you’ll be developed here, you won’t. In fact they’ll try to keep you junior for as long as possible so they can pay you less. The company has been around for 8 years now but still calls itself a “start up” - the place is going nowhere, let’s be honest.
