Pros

Nothing, they will free fruits...

Cons

Location is a nightmare and bad culture. The management thinks they know best. No room for opportunity and the micromanaging is beyond imagination. The office is more like a shed... 2 toilets for 40 peoples... I would recommend to have the interview in the office and not elsewhere so you can judge for yourself.

Pros

There is very little positive.. The location is NOT Camden! Do your research before.

Cons

Very childlike environment. The management is not listening and more focused on their own promotion. Office politics at it is best!! There is no recognition of your work unless your friend with their "senior team". The office itself it terrible, 2 toilets for 40, no airconditioning, blackout windows. Demand to have our interview in the office and see for yourself. They will ask you to meet somewhere else... Staff turn over is huge, I saw 6 people living in 2 months!! Do your research before working there.

Worse than your worst nightmare

Pros

Some of the people who work here are nice, but the environment makes them miserable so don’t expect to have fun. I really can’t think of any pros.

Cons

Domineering management who are taking the company down the pan. Bad location, in the middle of nowhere. Definitely not “Camden” like they claim and Kentish Town is a 15 minute walk. Awful office environment - it’s basically a shed. No heating in winter and boiling in the summer. Plus the windows are painted over so there’s no natural light. Management team think they have all the answers and impose their ideas on the staff. Favouritism is rife - one member of staff in particular gets extra special treatment. No fun socials. Pathetic excuse for a coffee machine - worse than one you’d buy to have in your home but it’s for 40 people so constantly broken. Their excuse is that they don’t have to provide free coffee so we should be grateful. Childish attitudes from the senior team. No respect for people’s job roles and no recognition for successes. If you think you’ll be developed here, you won’t. In fact they’ll try to keep you junior for as long as possible so they can pay you less. The company has been around for 8 years now but still calls itself a “start up” - the place is going nowhere, let’s be honest.
