Pros

Decent salary compared to some competitors

Cons

-Lack of communication. For instance, my manager changed twice and I was never communicated. -Very Shady people. No-one ever tells you what's going on and they are always looking for ways to screw you. The only way I found out our practice was in trouble was through co-workers. My manager never reached out to me - The do not comply with labor laws. They withheld my pay after I got back from leave and I still have not received a penny. I've had to get the department of labor involved. - Extremely cheap company. They expect you to travel on business and will put you in the cheapest, dirtiest hotels in the most dangerous area they can find. I don't expect a luxury hotel, I know it's a business, but come on.. - Internals systems SUCK. As an employee you have no way of easily finding information - Customer service to their employees suck. When you try to reach HR the only way to go about it is by logging a ticket and they have a 10 BUSINESS DAY turn around time. This is no way to treat your employees.

Pros

Positive and supporting work culture where employees feel valued and respected. Team environment is very friendly and colleagues are always willing to help each other, which creates a collaborative atmosphere.

Cons

I would not 100% consider it as cons as its common thru most MNC's. But opportunities for fast career progression can vary depending on the project or team.

Pros

There are no pros to working for Wipro.

Cons

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
