Pros

High Learning Curve since they work you hard enough even during local national holidays and preparation to get a better job once you get enough experience.

Cons

Low expectations set for career path. No expectations for salary growth. Forget about it. Low salaries. Good for interns. They tell you that you get the best structure, work-life balance and but in reality you get quite the opposite but extra hours of low paid work once you start. Infrastructure is bad. Nothing works well in their projects. Local Management and HR are so bad if they sponsor company courses, you have to pay the books yourself and be glad.

Pros

Positive and supporting work culture where employees feel valued and respected. Team environment is very friendly and colleagues are always willing to help each other, which creates a collaborative atmosphere.

Cons

I would not 100% consider it as cons as its common thru most MNC's. But opportunities for fast career progression can vary depending on the project or team.

Pros

There are no pros to working for Wipro.

Cons

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
