Pros

Good environment of Work as Current employees are very friendship. Still very small in LatAm, so has potential to grow, what could bring good opportunities for the employees. Despite the issue that they always prioritize Indian employees. Well structured Career Path. The plan and tools are good. (but company does not apply it).

Cons

Strong Centralized in India - You may need an approval from someone in India for almost everything. This model is not working, as they don't know the culture and law in Brazil and need to explain every detail to approve a request. Poor Compensation and Benefits - Very, very below the market. Specially for middle management. Hikes are low as 1% or 2% if you get the maximum score in the appraisal. The structure in LatAm is very inefficient. The implemented Regional Delivery Heads that have duplicated roles of Accounts Delivery Heads and Delivery Managers. Local Infrastructure support also inefficient. IT support and service desk with very low performance and not client oriented. Need to beg for support. HR completely lost. Do not have any autonomy or empowerment. And all the time the solution is not put their department in risk. In Brazil we use to say: Take out my tail of the target. Home office is not allowed and there's no plan or politics for it. Completely against the progress. In resume, there's a lot of space to improve and be succesfully in LatAm

Cons

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
