Pros
Pros- The owner, Porter is so cool. We have company meetings twice a year, it gives you a chance to interact with people you don't see as often, make some new friends and every outing is different. I have worked for them for about 2 years. They like to promote from within, the Regional managers, Carla and Erica are phenomenal. SO helpful and always pleasant.
Cons
They don't pay enough. Not that property management is a very rewarding field when it comes to pay but you are seriously underpaid for the amount of STRESS you put up with at some of these properties. If it wasn't for some of my co-workers, i would have been gone.
