      Pros

      Active in the community. Employees are highly 'encouraged' to volunteer. Pays for our health.

      Cons

      Doesn't pay as well as other prop mgmt companies in the area. very clique and managers play favorites. Supposedly a long time regional has over looked 'missing' funds many times. Rampant petty theft. Poorly run and employees have to watch their backs. Lots of turnover

      Pros

      The owner Porter is a really great guy! I loved how he brought the company together a couple times a year so everyone could socialize and network with each other. The benefits were also really good, and most of Corporate was awesome! Tammy and Alicia were some of the best people I have met in this industry.

      Cons

      The new CEO Kelli. You definitely have to watch your back with her. If she gets it into her head that she doesn't like you there is no coming back. If you try to set up meetings with her or just phone conversations she will not return them. It is very unfortunate that I had this experience, because everyone else with in the corporate office was amazing.

      Pros

      Pros- The owner, Porter is so cool. We have company meetings twice a year, it gives you a chance to interact with people you don't see as often, make some new friends and every outing is different. I have worked for them for about 2 years. They like to promote from within, the Regional managers, Carla and Erica are phenomenal. SO helpful and always pleasant.

      Cons

      They don't pay enough. Not that property management is a very rewarding field when it comes to pay but you are seriously underpaid for the amount of STRESS you put up with at some of these properties. If it wasn't for some of my co-workers, i would have been gone.
