      Pros

      Wish there were a few things I could write. Unfortunately, there aren't. Sometimes silence says more than words ever could.

      Cons

      Bad CEO. Weak Co-founder. Poor HR. Broken Finance. Most companies don't lose to competitors. They lose to misalignment. Meanwhile, employees and customers leave. A CEO with a "I'm always right" mindset is just as dangerous as a CEO with no vision.
