Pros
Fair wages, good treatment, great benefits! Nice community hospital. Still privately owned and friendly. Staff is great. Doctors are great. I feel expectations were to give excellent patient care and that all staff does that!
Cons
As with all hospitals they are open 24/7, so the hours can be rough. Also, can lose hours related to slow census at times, but done very fairly through rotation. Also have opportunity for picking up hours during heavy census times.
