Pros

Smart people to work/learn from. Lots of depth in a wide range of technologies. Management (for me) has an open door policy. Culture is unlike any other, and management continues to preach this from top to bottom. The majority of the time, it is a team effort and most if not all are willing to jump in. Work life balance is great; Im able to work from home when available. IT is responsive and usually fix my issue on 1st pass (thanks IT, love you guys!!) The best company i have ever worked at in my 30+ years of working.

Cons

Pre-sales engineer (thats me) is spread very thin in multiple technologies. Growing pains due to moving into new technology disciplines (thanks, we have a cloud story now :) . The integration center i think is a place for improved quality control and scaling. The back end systems (sales ops) seems to be an area of vast improvement. Turning quotes around is very lacking compared to other VAR's or SI's. Hiring process could be more streamlined and consistent.

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
