Pros

I heard about the culture through the interview process and everyone I knew who worked at WWT - and it's true. I experience it first-hand almost daily. WWT really focuses on hiring great people who fit the company's core values. The pay and benefits are unbeatable, and the company from the top down goes over the top to take care of their employees. It's a contagious culture and something very unique in a company - they invest in their employees and it shows. I feel valued, appreciated, empowered, and energized to work at WWT. Work/life balance is fantastic and the Executive/Senior Leadership team is talented and dedicated (and a lot of fun)!

Cons

Technology and tech services can be a complicated industry to learn if you have no prior background, so be prepared to be patient and keep asking questions - WWT makes it as approachable as they can though!

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
