Pros

All levels of management reach out to assist and the caring is very sincere. As a whole the company is extremely professional, forward thinking, and efficient. The on-boarding process was the best I've ever seen, I had a badge, laptop, and all my accounts and permissions set before I waked in the door on day 1.

Cons

I'm too new to give any legitimate cons so this is a big reach here, but the interview process took a very long time; that may actually be a Pro- when I got here, I quickly realized my team was not just extremely capable, but hard core team payers as well.

Thanks for acknowledging our on-boarding process. It's something many have worked very hard to create, maintain, and continue to try and improve upon. Depending on the position, yes, the interview process can be long--something else we're working on improving. Thanks again.

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
