Pros
WWT is a very accomplished and talented company but at the same time humble and blue collar. Everyone in the organization will pitch in and do whatever it takes to make sure customers, partners, and WWT are successful.
Cons
Some growth pains are apparent but it comes with the success and it's nothing WWT can't handle. Communication through the mid management ranks could be tighter.
Loved the paid holiday , they also work with you if have alot going on outside of work like counseling , paid days off , understanding , overtime if you need it , dinners
Cons
only get paid $16.50 even though we are work so hard.
