Counterproductive management. The supervisor for my team was a nightmare. Did not have the attitude or experience for their position. I spent an excessive amount of time smoothing out the interpersonal issues they created, and this individual was easily the most disliked person in leadership in our building. Upper management seemed less than interested in rectifying the issue, even though it negatively affected the entire supply chain in our warehouse. Even going to someone on the board did nothing more than put a target on my back, and HR just paid me and my team a bunch of lip service. I feel like I was bullied into quitting by my supervisor.
The company has also obviously over invested in AI, causing many quality of life cutbacks in the NAIC buildings, and I am sure elsewhere.
