Pros

WWT is the most innovative and progressive company that I have worked for in my 48 year career. The WWT company culture is one of kind. WWT knows that the success of the company depends on its employees and it treats them as such. WWT invests continually and deeply in its employees. WWT also is a state of the art technology company both for its internal use and in the solutions that it offers its customers. There seems to be no end to the continual evolution of business solutions that WWT offers its customers. You will find no better leadership, from the Chairman down, in a another company. Every employee has an opportunity to make a difference within the company and the leadership team's accessibility ensures that to be the case. WWT has a very rigorous and participative interview process which all but ensures that new employees will fit within the WWT culture.

Cons

I have no Cons to share. WWT's culture is one where every employee has a path and opportunity to bring issues forward and have them addressed.

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
