Pros

There are nor pros. All the "pros" have left the company. And the ones that are still there are dying to get out.

Cons

If you are complacent, have no goals and are happy with having a job as opposed to a career, then I highly recommend JWT INSIDE. If you don't believe that great strategy drives great creative, or really don't believe that strategy matters, or can even define the word, "strategy," then I highly recommend JWT INSIDE. If you love and miss the Taylorism method of organizational structure and productivity, then I highly recommend JWT INSIDE. And lastly, If you want a CEO, CFO, and a President who have no vision, nor can even define what a vision is, then I highly recommend JWT INSIDE.

Pros

Great views. Centrally located in Los Angeles. Nice people and clear communication (including everyone in leadership). As far as advertising work goes, they keep reasonable hours and expectations regarding timelines. And as a writer, I find a bit higher purpose when working on campaigns aimed at employment and recruitment efforts -- as opposed to selling another widget to another whoosit.

Cons

A little quiet and unsexy (but those could easily be pros, too).

Pros

- Smart people I actually enjoy working with. - A willingness to help across offices and departments. - Small enough that you can contribute immediately and gain exposure to many different types of projects. Can get a lot of experience quickly. Everyone at all levels gets their hands dirty so you don't have any ivory tower issues. - An industry in transition so there is an inherent opportunity for continuous learning. - A commitment to understanding unique client challenges and solving them with creative solutions versus selling. - Flexible environment once you have proven that you are trustworthy and deliver. - Generous holidays.

Cons

- It can be a tough industry due to limited budgets that can limit creativity. - Client challenges can be similar. - At times there can be a lack of process when doing new things and training is relatively limited. If you need tons of guidance it may not be the best place for you.
