Pros

There are nor pros. All the "pros" have left the company. And the ones that are still there are dying to get out.

Cons

If you are complacent, have no goals and are happy with having a job as opposed to a career, then I highly recommend JWT INSIDE. If you don't believe that great strategy drives great creative, or really don't believe that strategy matters, or can even define the word, "strategy," then I highly recommend JWT INSIDE. If you love and miss the Taylorism method of organizational structure and productivity, then I highly recommend JWT INSIDE. And lastly, If you want a CEO, CFO, and a President who have no vision, nor can even define what a vision is, then I highly recommend JWT INSIDE.

Pros

- Some great people who are smart and passionate about their work (but overworked). - (not really a pro) A part of a nice office (but has a "step child" feeling not completely inclusive of JWT culture. Not many there know what JWTInside does so you feel like a stranger in your home)

Cons

- This is not an agency that feels rewarding or remotely fun. Won't be winning a "best place to work" award anytime soon. Even with the few smart, passionate people it lacks energy and life. Unfortunately you only get a sense of that when you are there. The end of the day you want to run home. - There is no clear agency vision or direction. That effects everyone. People are chasing their tails, putting out fires, running like chickens with their heads cut off for naught. - The creative output in some areas is not clear. Some smoke and mirrors in what they are providing clients and it is painfully obvious. - New Business is rogue in what they are selling and disconnected from the agency. That is why SOW are messy and people are overworked. - Additionally and most importantly, bad behavior, hostile and disrespectful environments are tolerated by upper management. That is dangerous and a thriving corporate culture will never exist in the current toxic environment. - A few are hiding behind made up titles and roles which is baffling. - Some are collaborative and want the agency to win. But they are outweighed by a toxic, backstabbing few and it hurts them all. - Non existent HR that does not respond to any requests (Irony that they are in the talent acquisition/retention internal communication space). - On boarding is not clear on agency offerings - you have to figure it out on your own. - Feels very old school and a relic of the past in many places - Would not recommend anyone I know to work at this agency.

Thanks for sharing your opinion. We know that our people are the most important part of our organization, so I was sad to read that you felt otherwise. As a note, we offer anonymous surveys to all colleagues a few times every year. We certainly hope you took the time to leave your feedback there. Again, we value your views so thanks for taking the time to share.

1- Easily accessible Manhattan location near Grand Central 2- Clean office with fridge, coffee machine

Cons

1- ZERO culture/ Nonexistent team spirit 2- Chronically understaffed 3- Female staff occasionally cry openly from stress (I am not kidding.) 4- Not even a single measly perk like pizza days or team nights out 5- Clientele is overwhelmingly brick and mortar based, old fashioned

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Complimentary beverages and snacks are things that we have always provided for our employees, so it's disheartening to hear that you were not made aware of the available options. Also, we'd like to think our unique culture is one where our employees are happy and can thrive. We ultimately believe that we have lots of talented people here and know it’s them that help deliver on our success.
