Pay could be better Sometimes long hours

-Flexible work environment where employees are allowed to work in-office, hybrid, or remote -Employees in the proofing/editing position often advance into writing, design/development, or project management as they get exposure to the responsibilities of every position on the production side. It's perfect for recent college graduates! -Matching 401K program -Great managers and coworkers who foster a supportive and understanding culture -Exposure to a wide range of Fortune 500 clients, working on some cool projects -Company/team happy hours happen pretty often -If you join XM with a positive, go-getter attitude, you will do well and be recognized frequently -"Unlimited" PTO

-Pay is EXTREMELY low compared to other positions in the ID field -Expensive benefits, but the coverage is good -PTO isn't always encouraged by management due to the nature of a deadline-driven company in a competitive industry -Sales often tries a little too hard to maintain clients by underselling and overpromising about what we can do -Work-life balance is inconsistent; overtime is often expected and required -Onboarding for new employees could use some improvements, it's gotten better over the past few years, but there's still improvement to be had for positions outside of proofing/editing.
