It is a place where you learn a lot, relaxed environment, flexible hours, company provided breakfasts and lunches, and good people. I worked at Xvand Technology for 20+ years. Had to wear a lot of hats including client support, system architecture, management, development, etc. I was able to greatly influence company direction and the job was very satisfying although challenging. Company management is very reasonable and easy to work with if logic and hard work are your strengths. Company is very focused on client service and security. Most of the employees stay with the company for a long time.

Management should be stricter and not hold on to people that have performance or culture issues.
