You can learn a bit, because they make you do all of their work, which can make you mor marketable I guess.
Cons
They are serious micromanagers and show signs of favoritism. There is no room for growth and there is little chance u can stay with the company over 3 years. No one is ever given a raise and theres very little time off. They're very disorganized and lack of customer care.
