We love hearing that our training, manager support, and benefits are hitting the mark, and that you enjoy working from home. When it comes to pay, our compensation package is designed to support our employees' physical and mental well-being and focuses on what our employees value most, which is total rewards. This includes health benefits, 401(k) matching, paid time off programs, family forming support, and mental health services, to name a few. Sales, and cold-calling specifically, is tough not just at Yelp, but anywhere you do it. To help keep things balanced, we randomly assign territories and swap account pools every few months so everyone has fair opportunities for success. As for the schedule, we ask our Account Executives to be available during work hours, for example 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, since that's when most of our small business clients are working.
