-This job is very hard. High pressure, terrible product, calling people that have said no hundreds of times before. If you don't have a thick skin, you will develop one.
-Don't let the crazy managers make you feel bad about yourself. Some managers are good but many are bad, and sales directors are completely out of touch. My advice is do your best, make your dials, don't take anything personally, and DISCONNECT from work when you're not working.
-DO NOT stay longer than 2 years. Pivot from Yelp into an actual tech company and start building your career. Staying long at Yelp is a waste of time because tech companies don't even consider Yelp to be real sales.
