Operational Excellence: The internal systems are fantastic. Navigating your daily tasks is seamless because the company has invested in the right tools to keep work frictionless. Environment: The office space is top-tier, and it serves as a hub for meeting incredibly talented, interesting people from all walks of life.

Cons

Fast Pace: Not really a con for most. As in all tech roles and AI, the product moves so quickly, you have to be comfortable with rapid change. It’s exciting, but it requires high adaptability.

Lots of investment in AI, product development. Can be very nimble and agile when needed. Have driven real process and functional improvement over the last couple years.

Cons

Recent RTO. Leaders make decisions on whim and the rest of the company ends up react mode. Alignment across leadership suite is always great. High exec turnover
