Product: You’re working on the literal edge of AI. The product is already industry-leading, but the "continuously improving" mindset means we never stagnate. Operational Excellence: The internal systems are fantastic. Navigating your daily tasks is seamless because the company has invested in the right tools to keep work frictionless. Environment: The office space is top-tier, and it serves as a hub for meeting incredibly talented, interesting people from all walks of life.

Fast Pace: Not really a con for most. As in all tech roles and AI, the product moves so quickly, you have to be comfortable with rapid change. It’s exciting, but it requires high adaptability.
