      After PE acquisition only buzzwords. RIFs every 3 months with no reason if not cut costs and prepare for RTO. All remote employees are targeted. No vision, try to copy competitors. No direction

      Lots of investment in AI, product development. Can be very nimble and agile when needed. Have driven real process and functional improvement over the last couple years.

      Cons

      Recent RTO. Leaders make decisions on whim and the rest of the company ends up react mode. Alignment across leadership suite is always great. High exec turnover
