Pros
I have had great experience of working with ZESTECH. There are multiple things would like to highlight:
1. Progressive environment gives great exposure to freshers, experienced and freelancer trainers who become part of the system. I have seen people had lot of learning from ZESTECH and are now sitting at good positions on corporate side.
2. Team work - During hectic hours, even management sit along with us and support in every way possible.
3. Friendly Environment - All the employees are very supportive and there is a positivity in the environment.
4. Company has lot of focus on innovation which is pretty good for candidates with high caliber to get a job there.
Cons
Sometimes due to last minute changes from the client side, it used to get little tough to maintain work life balance. But I am sure the positive changes happening in the company would really help the employees in every way possible.
