So far one of the most unethical and fraud company. They cheat people high time and then play diplomatic game.

Being a startup, you get an opportunity to work with Management. Its Vision driven and striving to change the education industry. Company pushes you to achieve more, no spoon feeding, its more of a self driven approach here what I could see. Lots to learn and implement if you wish to. Siddharth, CEO is quite encouraging and knowledgable towards the understanding of the industry. Work culture is good.
Cons
Process needs to be streamlined. More coordination among teams is needed. Training process is unique and physically demanding, worth it.
