FROM 6 YEARS ONLY MAXIMUM 15 PEOPLE ARE WORKING, INCLUDING THE MANAGEMENT. NEVER RAISES THAN THAT. They hire you for one position or a domain but they make you work in some other. Even if you raise this issue they make false promise and convince that this is the last time and this won't be repeated. There is no appraisal or hike given unless and until you go to them and fight for it. The clients which they have are much more pathetic, they treat you like slaves and make you work day and night. There is no proper structure in the company and the company is situated in a cellar and looks like car parking slot. No HR policy is followed. You need to fight or your leaves. The management only knows to show their temper on the employees. No Salary Account and no Pension. Salary is credited whenever they have the mind to give. A bunch of fools run the company. Deadlines are set for some work and in between they pitch in more work and make issues for not completing deadlines. They don't care about your personal lie and want you to sacrifice your personal life to convert it to professional one. EVERYTHING IS BOGUS. WORST and PATHETIC COMPANY.
