I’ve found the training really strong and hands-on. The office culture makes a big difference, everyone’s driven and supportive, which keeps the energy high.
Cons
I’ve been with deVere for 14 months. The hours can be long, but I stay because I’m building something. I’ve seen others expect quick results, lose focus, and start blaming the process but that mindset doesn’t last in this industry.
