Unfortunately I do not have any!

Cons

Lack of clear objectives. The upper management is not supportive at all. One way communication. Extreme turnover rate. There will be a lot of expectations and no work appreciation. Poor management skills of looking for mistakes rather than solving them as a team. No leadership to help employees to grow within the company. Demotivating working environment. Unfortunately I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Smaller team of professionals Because work maybe remote during Covid-19, that may make miscommunication a problem.

The office is conveniently located on both subway lines.

- Unprofessional working environment - Negative corporate culture - Lack of process and poor leadership from senior management - Extremely high turnover - 2 sicks days - Lack of onboarding practices - No accountability from senior management - Solely focussed on the bottom line
