Here is the blunt truth about dicentra:
- They hire you to take your knowledge / expertise & pretend to form a connection with you only to dump you once you've finished your task only to hire some low-level, low paying person to take over
- EXTREMELY HIGH turnover due to the CEO's dictator-like leadership
- ZERO, and I mean ZERO training / guides, you are thrown into a fire and expected to put it all out by yourself
- CEO clearly has lost touch with reality, one minute you are applauded, the next you are scolded, and she will send you 30-40 emails within a 60 minute time-span
- There are no targets or goals set, reviews are always negative despite you doing your tasks, and they DO NOT reward you for bringing in more money to the organization
- VPs have clearly also lost motivation to work for the CEO, and I don't blame them
- in 2018 nearly 1/3rd of the staff left the company on their own free-will
