Pros
Honestly, the only positive was working remotely. That’s it
Cons
Leadership has zero empathy or respect for employees. You're expected to be available 24/7 and constantly justify your existence. Micromanagement at a disturbing level – every task is second-guessed, and independent thinking is punished. Boundaries simply don’t exist. You're expected to play therapist one moment and then get treated like you're disposable the next. I was given one day's notice before being let go, with zero warning or transparency. The only reason? They never wanted to officially employ me - just keep me on contract until they felt like cutting ties. No real direction or long-term vision. Just chaos disguised as "agility." You’re constantly walking on eggshells. One wrong move and you’re out. No career growth, no feedback, no support – just pressure, criticism, and blame.
