This company is an absolute train wreck. Eclincher has no regards for business ethics, no semblance of business acumen, and general acceptance of ineptitude. I personally witnessed the chief executives not only lie to customers but lie to each other in face to face meetings where multiple attendees knew they were lying. They have little to no regard for their employees, they care nothing for work life balance, they pay their overseas employees wages that would be a fraction of what is legal in the US, and they will fire employees without giving them training, or setting expectations, or any soft of performance feedback (even when asked) after extremely short tenures. The executives are either completely clueless or are in absolute denial about their product and their employees. The product offers literally nothing their competitors dont offer the only reason they exist is because the company is severely under capitalized offset by the vast majority of their workforce being sweatshop labor. The development team has no idea how to write good code, no concept of software development life cycle, and no oversight or management. They are allowed to produce terrible work and then the executives blame it on one or two developers and pretend like it isnt an issue. Excuses are made for literally every little thing, they have no ability to track progress on work because the executives would rather spend their days micromanaging UI verbiage than actually managing their company, and as a result they routinely make promises to their customers with made up deadlines that they rarely, if ever, meet. If you want a look at what working at eclincher is like the CEO who doesn't speak English natively wont listen to anyone that tells him something doesn't sound right in English. This company exudes managerial immaturity they dont see the value in anything that doesnt directly and immediately correlate into more money in their pockets. Its a wonder they still exist. You cannot help people that do not want to be helped.
*I dont believe the "COO" ought to accuse people of being prejudice in light of comments he routinely made about the India-based development team. But this is indicative of the culture at Eclincher, excuses and diversion. Potential employees would be well advised to observe the dates and frequency of the reviews. As is evident this is a small company that has the ability to manipulate their presence on Glassdoor.
