Pros

Fun company to be with, the environment is chill, workload is manageable.

Cons

This feedback is for the CEO if this company: Training is unpaid. No sales commission for every close deals. CEO calls you even after hours no work and life balance consideration. Employees are underpaid. You need to fight your way just to get a raise and most of the time you won't get it. Absence of empathy. Poor communication. Over-reliance on employee self-management. Disorganization. Conflict avoidance. Lack of delegation. Credit-stealing. Insults, blaming and gaslighting employees. Manipulation. Unquestionable authority. Unprofessional behavior. Quiet firing. Late salary payments. I don't recommend working on this company.

Pros

The support and sales staff were all super nice and capable coworkers, a pleasure to work with.

Cons

This company is an absolute train wreck. Eclincher has no regards for business ethics, no semblance of business acumen, and general acceptance of ineptitude. I personally witnessed the chief executives not only lie to customers but lie to each other in face to face meetings where multiple attendees knew they were lying. They have little to no regard for their employees, they care nothing for work life balance, they pay their overseas employees wages that would be a fraction of what is legal in the US, and they will fire employees without giving them training, or setting expectations, or any soft of performance feedback (even when asked) after extremely short tenures. The executives are either completely clueless or are in absolute denial about their product and their employees. The product offers literally nothing their competitors dont offer the only reason they exist is because the company is severely under capitalized offset by the vast majority of their workforce being sweatshop labor. The development team has no idea how to write good code, no concept of software development life cycle, and no oversight or management. They are allowed to produce terrible work and then the executives blame it on one or two developers and pretend like it isnt an issue. Excuses are made for literally every little thing, they have no ability to track progress on work because the executives would rather spend their days micromanaging UI verbiage than actually managing their company, and as a result they routinely make promises to their customers with made up deadlines that they rarely, if ever, meet. If you want a look at what working at eclincher is like the CEO who doesn't speak English natively wont listen to anyone that tells him something doesn't sound right in English. This company exudes managerial immaturity they dont see the value in anything that doesnt directly and immediately correlate into more money in their pockets. Its a wonder they still exist. You cannot help people that do not want to be helped. *I dont believe the "COO" ought to accuse people of being prejudice in light of comments he routinely made about the India-based development team. But this is indicative of the culture at Eclincher, excuses and diversion. Potential employees would be well advised to observe the dates and frequency of the reviews. As is evident this is a small company that has the ability to manipulate their presence on Glassdoor.

Pros

You will meet good people here that don't deserve how they are being treated

Cons

bad management because they treat people as expendables. almost all issues will be blamed on the support team even though that is not their problem no benefits, no help even during the pandemic high expectations, not competitive salary bad company culture The developers work so slowly, all issues stem from their slowness. most irate customers are due to having issues that are taking weeks if not months to resolve The sales team pulls someone from support to do all the work in the demos and then take credit/commission for themselves upper management will put you down for something so trivial. no growth only fault finding
