Several great people, intelligent, dedicated, hardworking staff for the most part. Solid benefits when vacation was upgraded.
Cons
Overly conservative for the industry. Try to act more like a bank than a tech company. Senior Management is all lip service. No real career path, especially for employees outside of Ohio. Poor raises. Salary not competitive. Not a performance culture. not about what you accomplish when it comes to comp. Some of management is fairly ageist.
